Our Approach
Our Story
Our Story
Wine is agricultural, artisanal and meritocratic -find the right vineyard, work smart and hard, and you can make great wine.
Yet, in this crowded market, dominated by large wineries and consolidated distributors, it's not easy for small wineries. They are swimming with sharks.
We have always been rooting for the underdog. We are here to help you find that piece of the market you will claim as your own, because you've earned it.
Meet the Team
"Simplify, and add lightness." -Colin Chapman, founder of Lotus Cars
We are passionate, dedicated and creative. Raring to help propel you forward.

Gaston Leyack
Principal
Gaston’s background in hotel and restaurant management exposed him to wine as a buyer in native Buenos Aires. Following that passion, he moved to California to immerse in the wine industry. His next roles provided different perspectives: cellar hand, tasting room sales, DTC manager, imports, exports, regional sales, brand management and general management of a small winery.

Amy Leyack
Recruiter
Amy managed wine clubs at three different wineries before going back into recruiting. She's recruited in a variety of fields, from electronics manufacturing to software development, fire protection engineering and sustainable construction materials. Combining the wine industry and recruiting comes naturally to Amy and she's ready to help you find the right talent to take your company forward.

Laura Corrigan

Laura has experienced many sides of the wine business. From sales for an Italian Importer in New York City to representing several wineries and import groups throughout the country she can provide insight and strategy. Her passion is writing and when she’s not fine-tuning messaging for micro-wineries, she’s working on her own creative fiction. Laura has her Diploma certification from WSET and lives in the Bay Area.
